I woke up the next morning to find the other side of the bed empty, I sighed, I then lay back down but couldn't find sleep. I looked at my clock to see it was only 5 am

I lay down for another hour just pondering about my life. I could here the sound of Draco's light snoring down stairs I sat up and brought my knees to my chin, I missed him he easily used to get me to go straight back to sleep.

I just couldn't belive what he did. I decided that I was going to hold a bit of a grudge and make him regret ever even thinking about being horrid to me

I looked at the clock and saw the time 6:30 a good time to get up

I had a shower and let my hair air dry. I put on dark makeup and tried to hide ny eyes that showed my sleepless night and next i put on a black mini skirt with thigh high boots and my shirt untucked my slytherin tie on full show and wore a green leather jacket on top

If they wanted me to be an evil killer I was gonna dress like a evil killer
I had to look perfect

The time was now 8 I grabbed my bag and left my room draco was already gone the couch looked slept on

I exited the portrait and walked down to the hall with my heel of my boot clicking the floor I walked into the main hall and instantly spotted my friends

"Well hello little miss sunshine" Astoria said laughing and u just gave her a look

"Why the glum face, anything to do with the absence of a certain good looking blonde haired boy"  Astoria then carried on to say

"We had an argument" I said putting some food onto my plate

"About what" Astoria said tucking a stray hair behind her ear

"About something that dark lord asked us to do" I said in a whisper

We sat in silence for about five minutes

I heard the hall doors open and I look up to see draco walked in, his eyes have bags and his face white

"You ok mate" blaise said asking draco as he walked over to the table

"Where have you been" I said in a flat tone

"I went out for a run" Draco said looking me dead in the eye

"Fine" I said at him with tension in my voice

"Well we have class to go to" Astoria says and grabs my hand and we walk away

We take seats at the back of Mrs mcgonagles class the boys join us and draco tries to keep catching my eye but I avoid him

Dumbeldoor walks into are class

"I'm sorry but your professor is not going to be in for your class that so I shall be taking it" he says and the Slytherin's all groan

"Now miss granger you don't seem to be in uniform" he says to me

"I'm sorry sir but it's zabini" I said bitterly

"Whatever you are, deatheater" he said under his breath

"My name is zabini!" I yelled at him

"I heard you the first time" he said to me rolling his eyes

A curse was sent at him a that made his beard pink

"Who was that" he shouted

"It was me" a slytherin boy shouted but we all new it wasn't him
All the Slytherin's looked at each other and nodded

(Rule 1 of being a slytherin, have everyone's back)

"It was me" another person said and all the Slytherin's in the class one by one stood up and said

"It was me" until draco was the only one still sat down

"Sir I know who it actually was" Draco said none of us could belive he was actually going to tell on someone

I thought he would have my back on this not because he was my boyfriend but he was a slytherin

"Me" he said and I smiled at him as he looked at me

Dumbeldoor looked confused at all the Slytherin's in the class

"All of you out now" he shouted and I grabbed everyone's in my groups hand and we apparated to mine and Draco's door

"The look on his face was priceless" blaise said laughing with ears forming in his eye

"He was so angry" Astoria said tears actually commingled out of her eyes

I fell back onto the sofa my sides hurting from laughing so much

"OK we better go me and blaise have another lesson before lunch" Astoria said taking blaise's hand and leaving the room leaving me and draco in the room on our own

"Listen I'm really sorry and I just wanna make it up to you, how can I" Draco pleaded to me

"Draco you can't and I think we should take a break " I said tears forming in my eyes

"I do, I really do mean it" I said and I slipped the ring of my ring finger and handed it to him tears streaming down my face

"I love you I really do I just can't do this at the moment" I said he kept staring at the ring in the palm of his hand

"Draco says something" I said to him and he looked up at me and slammed his hand shut

"Fine whatever I don't really care" he said and walked up stairs I bust into tears on the couch curling up into a little ball and crying about how much he didn't care about are relationship

I mean it's probably my fault i mean I asked for the break but I thought he would fight for me
