33."I'm not ok"

*skip ride to Kate's place*

Kate's POV

Marcus had just left me at my house and he went to his place to get ready.

I went inside and ran to my room.

*after getting ready*

I was now ready to go to the beach.

I was wearing a white crop top with jean shorts and my white all-star and under my clothes I was wearing my swimwear.

I was ready when Marcus called me.

*picks up *

(M-Marcus, k-Kate)

M-"hey Kate, you ready?"

K-"Yeah"

M-"Ok,I'll be there in a few"

K-"ok"

*end of convo *

He hanged up.

I looked at myself in the mirror to check my hair.

I sat to my bed and opened my phone, while waiting for him to come.

When I unlocked it I saw the wallpaper.

It was a selfie of me and Lucas, he was hugging me and giving me a kiss on the cheek and I was laughing.

I smiled and stared at his eyes, these beautiful eyes...

Gosh, I was really going to miss him.

I thought I could give him a call and see how he was doing, but his phone would probably be on airplane mode.

I decided I should stop worrying about him so much and that it was time I had some fun.

I thought Marcus was never coming when I got a text from him saying that his right outside.

I grabbed my bag and ran outside to the car.

I got in the car and closed the door.

"You ready to go?" He asked me.

"Yeah, yeah let's go " I replied, making sure I didn't forget anything.

*at the beach*

We got out of the car and a light breeze ran through my hair.

I smiled, having my eyes closed and enjoying the sound of the waves.

"Wow, the beach is crowded today" Marcus said, looking around.

"Yeah, and why not? It's the perfect day to come here" I said opening my eyes and following him.

We found a place to sit and we laid our sea towels.

"Ok, I'm going in" he said getting ready to go in the sea.

"You coming?" He asked me.

"Yeah, go I'm right behind you" I said standing up.

He left and rushed to the sea.

I took off my clothes and followed him.

Marcus's POV

I got in the sea and looked at all the people around me.

When I turned around to were Kate was, I saw her getting her clothes off.

I tried to look away, because it didn't feel right doing that, but my eyes were stuck on her...

When she turned around and started coming my way I immidiately looked away.
