Kate's POV

I wasn't really in the mood after what had happened.

So I didn't put too much effort to find the best party outfit.

I wore something comfy

I wore something comfy. Black leather jacket, back skinny jeans, grey shirt with cords on the front top and my white stansmith.

I also straightened my hair and did my make-up.

I was finished and was waiting for Alex to come pick me up.

After a while I heard his motorbike's machine.

I opened the door before he could knock.

He looked surprised.

"I'm ready let's go" I said to him and rushed to his bike.

He followed me. He helped me get on the bike and he wore his helmet.

He passed me a second one and I put it on.

"Hold on tight!" He said to me in a loud voice and I wrapped my arms around his waist as he drove.

We arrived at a huge house.

There were many parked sports cars and motorbikes outside.

Alex helped me get off the bike and we headed inside.

The music was deafening.

The place was so crowded.

There were people dancing and waving their drinks in the air.

Many people were also in the pool, screaming and jumping in the water.

And there were couples making out on the couches and some of them were going upstairs to continue the party there...

"Wow" I smirked.

"Haha don't worry I won't leave your side" Alex assured me, patting my shoulder.

"Let's get something to drink" he said and I nodded.

He moved ahead and I rushed behind him and grabbed his hand. The place was so crowded and I didn't want to lose him.

He stopped for a moment. He looked back at me and down to our hands. He just smiled and continued his way.

We finally found the drinks.

There was only beer so that's what we got too.

We grabbed our drinks and went outside to the pool.

We sat on some chairs.

The whole time he was smiling and greeting people. He knew almost everyone.

We finished our drinks and he asked if I wanted to dance.

I said yes and we headed back inside.

We arrived to the "dance floor" and he tried to make me laugh. Alex had noticed me being moody and he was trying to cheer me up.
