Do you think I'm loud?
Do you think I talk too much?
Do you think I'm self-centered?
Do you think I'm someone you can trust?
Do you think I'm boring?
Do you think I'm weird?
Do you think I can do better?
Do you think that I can't hear
when you whisper things about me
when you giggle at what I do
when you ask if I'm from far away
or if I have what you have too?
Do you think I sing too much?
Do you think I'm greedy?
Do you think I'm fat?
Am I too needy?
Do you like this drawing?
Does it look good to you?
I mean, I think so but...
My opinion's not that important
I try...I really do...
I don't like the way I think
I don't like the things I do
I don't like when I do something without thinking
and then I think if it
over
and over
again
I don't like it when people are mad at me
I don't like it when you yell
I get it, I'm useless and I don't matter
I know it, can't you tell?
So tell me
what do you think of me?
Get it over with, if you will
So be brutal, whatever you want to say
I'm already my biggest critic,
maybe I'll wilt
or maybe I'll stay
and rise up stronger
