"Sasuke."
Your firm yet soft voice caused him to halt in his steps. He stood standing still in his place not daring to look you in the eyes yet.
"So you're actually leaving I see." You began to slowly approach him and in a few seconds you were standing a few feet away from him staring the Uchiha crest symbol on the back of his shirt.
"Go home now. You heard the conversation didn't you so I don't need to explain anything else to you." Clenching your fists you walked up to him and spun him around to face you. Grabbing onto his his blue shirt you tightened your grip on his shirt.
"Snap out of it Sasuke." Roughly shaking his body, his eyes remained emotionless while a pained expression adorned your face. "Don't go with Orochimaru! You don't need him. He's only going to use you...Look I know how you feel about revenge but... you don't see me running off towards Orochimaru!"
Loosening your grip you slowly let go of his shirt and dropped your hands back down to your side. Lowering your head you felt a stir of emotions welling up inside you. Betrayal. Sadness. Frustration.
"(Y/n)...join me." Snapping your head upwards he extended his hand outwards to you with a bit of hope in his eyes. "Orochimaru will give us the power we desire. Together we can avenge those we have lost...along with the restoration of our clans."
"Huh?" Startled and baffled at his request you were at a loss for words. He was being dead serious about it and there wasn't a trace of untruthfulness in his words or eyes. Regaining your composure you gave him a grim look and he immediately knew your response. It was worth a try to ask but he knew from the start your answer would be a no.
He was about to reach for your hand but hesitantly let his hand fall back down. A trace of sadness was evident on his face but soon returned to his usual stoic expression.
"Sasuke you're taking too long. We need to go now." Hearing an unfamiliar voice you saw two men appear behind Sasuke. One had grey hair covering his right eye while the other man had short, spiky orange hair who was a bit taller and plump. They were both wearing the same style and color of clothing. Looking at their headband you realized they were ninjas from the Sound. Immediately taking precaution your hands were quickly forming hand signs.
"Ninja art: Immobilization." Their bodies were static and struggled to make any sign of movement with their bodies. Making a shadow clone you informed your clone to alert the Hokage or any of your friends.
Before your clone could get far a poofing sound was heard from behind you. Turning around there stood a female with pink medium sized hair and was also a member of the Sound. Well guess there were more than just two people.
"Take her. She's essential to us." Confused by Sasuke's words the last thing you saw was Sasuke's onyx eyes staring at you as you were suddenly enveloped in darkness.
Your jutsu was broken and they immediately began their own jutsu.
"Four Black Fogs Formation." The four of them exclaimed from the outside. Trying to pry open the lid above you it wouldn't budge.
I'm sorry (Y/n). Thought Sasuke as he stared at the barrel.
He didn't want to resort to this but he had no choice since you weren't willing to follow him. Furthermore, he couldn't easily let you go especially after what happened just now. You were bound to tell the others about his departure. Even if it was by force he wanted you to accompany him and be by his side.
"Hey! Let me out!" Shouting from the inside you were trapped in a confined space and judging by the interior texture you assumed you were in a barrel. Hitting the inside with your shoulders and fists you tried to create a breakage from the inside but nothing worked. It'd be futile to cast a jutsu due to the risk of harming yourself.
