Chapter 2 – Foregoing Aggression
Terrah defended Vollerei’s attack with swiftness and speed. He swung again with his huge mallet and grey spirit energy was produced upon impact. She once more evaded his attack by swiftly moving with the help of her light spirit energy. She then moved and put some distance between her and the huge Sentis member.
The nun now prepared herself for her counter attack as she charged up white light energy on her hands and proceeded to blast Vollerei with lasers from her photon spirit energy.
“Not going to work on me.” Vollerei said as he spun his mallet thus it had deflected the light blasts that came from Terrah.
“Darn it!” she shouted as she put some distance once more against her and Vollerei.
The huge Sentis member then jumped up high and again let out a huge swing from his mallet and once it had made impact on the ground, a huge flare of grey energy was sent towards Terrah once more. It had connected towards her but just in a nick of time she had conjured a shield to protect herself.
She let out a sigh of relief as the photon shield was sent out on time as she tried to revert back to her fighting stance.
“What can a nun do against me?” Vollerei said to her as he blasted her with grey flares of energy from his hands.
Terrah defended herself from the energy blasts by blasting them with light energy that had surrounded her.
“Don’t underestimate me!” she shouted as she conjured a huge amount of light energy around her.
“Gaia’s sword, Experion!” she shouted and a series of blades that were composed of light energy had surrounded her adversary.
“Light?” Vollerei said with no expression on his face. “Fool! Nothing works against me!” he said as he charged up his grey spirit energy.
“Collapse!” Terrah shouted as the blades now made their way towards the huge Sentis member and a series of light explosions were produced once the collision between the swords and Vollerei had commenced.
Just as she thought that she already had the upper hand, she saw that once the fog had cleared up that Vollerei was still standing and he was unscathed by her attack.
“That all?” Vollerei said to her and he held on his mallet once again.
The huge Sentis member rushed towards Terrah and the latter was a bit late to react so it was Vollerei who had the advantage. The former now swung his mallet at her and she wasn’t able to dodge it so she suffered the impact of his attack.
The impact had sent Terrah flying towards a wall and she fell on the floor.
“Damn…” she tried to say as she attempted to get up, but Vollerei was already near her and he grabbed her by the neck.
“I told you. Weaklings do not interest me.” He said as he threw her with great force again and she fell on the ground once more.
Terrah lay on the ground, she felt weak already from the two attacks that Vollerei had let out. She tried to stay in it and she struggle to get up but her body felt like jelly and wasn’t cooperating.
“Please…give me strength…” she thought to herself. Terrah prayed to Gaia and her mentor Mejai.
“Down already?” Vollerei said to her. “I guess I should end your suffering.” He added as he readied his weapon for another swing.
“Not yet…please…” Terrah thought to herself. “misit ad me, ut tandem omnem illam (send me the light to end it all).” She said out loud.
