"I haven't had the chance to properly introduce myself, mi reine"
Eleanor walk around the castle, still mesmerize from the prince. She never knew you can have a lot of emotions in just an hour. She entered the gardens, where her roses bloom.
She always keep those roses in memory of her deceased mother. It was the last thing her mother asked for before she died.
On her way back, it was already time for luncheon. She looked around only seeing Prince Adam at the end of the hall. She smiled and walk closer to him. "Prince—" She curtsied. He smiled at her. "I haven't had the chance to properly introduce myself, mi reine. I'm Prince Adam." The prince took her hand and placed a kiss on it. "The future king of France." She added.
"Isn't he amazing?" The Queen and her ladies are outside talking about Prince. "I mean his eyes. It's perfect, he's perfect." Eleanor said as everyone else laughed at the thought that the queen is in love. It seemed like just few days ago she was arguing with her father about forced marriages.
The day came by so fast. Eleanor was in a awfully good mood. It was time for dinner and she was pretty excited to see Prince Adam.
She entered the room with her ladies trailing her. She noticed that the Prince's eyes wasn't looking at her exactly but on somewhere else. But she didn't actually saw what(or who) it is.
"Prince Adam. I heard you love books?" The king started to light up the mood since no one talked since they started eating.
"Indeed, I am very fascinated by them." Adam answered with such confidence making Eleanor fell in love all over again. "Very well then, I shall give you a ton of books. Maybe start a library in your castle perhaps." The prince was delighted to here it.
He always wanted a library, although he's mother have a lot of bookshelf in her former office; the prince doesn't go there because of the memories left on there.
"Funny thing, Eleanor loves to read books." The king stated, quite proud that her daughter was educated. Although it is different when a lady is educated, but she's somehow special. Especially she's a queen.
"Really?" He said, still surprised that a lady was educated. He wasn't familiar with all of that. The king gave him a confused look, since he didn't understand what he was saying or what it means. The prince finally understand the look and finally added "I mean; in France we only educate men. Especially in the village near our castle."
"Isn't that unfair? I believe that woman and man shall be treat equally. Don't you think papa?" Eleanor stated, she always have this characteristic. "Well Eleanor it's normal." Her father answered and gave her a quick glare, before she say a lot of things.
