*Ciarda*
For the first time in my life, I was cold. I'd never been cold, due to the mark of fire in me, but now, I finally understood why mom hated snow.
"Ciarda?" A soft voice whispered.
"Mom?"
"Ciarda, come home." I heard my fathers voice call.
"I'm trying daddy, I'll be home soon!" I called out.
I felt a twitch in the air, and saw my father and mother standing side by side, smiling.
"This way Cia, come home." my mother called with a smile.
"I'm coming!" I called, running toward them.
"Hurry, my daughter, before Toothless comes for you." father yelled as a black dragon came by his side.
I immediately stopped, and stared at the dragon.
That's not Toothless...
"Honey, what's wrong?"
"No-" my voice cut off in a soft shriek as I looked back my parents.
Their skin was almost as white as snow, eyes were crimson red, and they had fangs, and their fingernail now looked like talons.
"What's wrong Cia? Scared of the dark?" Dad taunted with a laugh.
The dragon let out a cackle before disappearing into the shadows, and leaving me with my parents.
"Come on Cia, come join us." my mother hissed, with a smile.
"No, mom, dad, stop. This isn't you." I said calmly, holding out my hands and slowly backing away.
"Oh Cia, this is," my father stopped in mid sentence and gave a screech, clawing at his face, pieces of skin getting ripped off by his nails, and blood pooling down his face.
Mother was doing the same thing when they both started in fire.
"No!" I screamed, and ran toward them but as soon as i touched them they turned into ash.
I gave a sob and knelt down next to the piles of ash, when a hand gently touched my shoulder.
I gave a snarl and turned around to see a figure dressed in a black cloak.
"Beware the false leader, or this will be the destiny of Berk."
