"Honestly, I hope it's both he or she" he said combing my hair

And that made me well assured that he will love my child unconditionally.

"Anything" i replied while caressing my stomach

"Can you promise me that you will never be a nagging wife?" He asked in a serious tone

Well, I can't promise that. They say that pregnant women tends to get mad every now and then

"I promise." I assured him with a giggle

He kissed my temple and started to tickle me, which made me startled

He winked at me but I pushed him

"Nah-ah." I said to him

He just pouted. I laughed and sat down "Can you promise that you'll always be present on every check ups?" I asked him

He shrugged and sat beside me "Promise."

I suddenly thought of what I wanted him to promise. That's too much

He'll lose clients and big amount of money. I don't want to choke him

"I was joking on that part, just promise me that you'll be there beside me during my delivery" I said to him with an awkward smile

He held my hand "babe, if you're worried about the company. It's okay, that company is nothing compared to this family"
