Jasmine was walking into an old little cafe just around the corner of her job, as she was standing in the line to get herself some coffee, she began to look around to see if there was any table left for her to sit by as there was a tiny table in the corner of the cafe. She smiled a little to herself and ordered the coffee and hurried herself up to get the table before anyone else could take the table.
She smiled to herself once again when she got the table to herself. She took up her book and began to read as she sat there in the cafe, relaxing after a day at work.
By the time she had read a few pages, one of the employees came up to her and gave her a plate with a chocolate chip cookie.
"Wait, I did not order this?" She said to the employee with a question mark all over her face.
"Oh I know, but he did" The employee said and pointed at a cute boy on the next table, he slowly looked up and gave a her a sweet smile before looking down at his computer again.
Jasmine looked confused at the boy but still smiled since he seemed to be so cute and nice, so she took her things and sat down next to the boy.
"Thank you for the cookie, I'm Jasmine" She said and took out her hand to shake his.
"No worries, I'm Stuart" He grinned back at her as they began to talk more to each other.
After a while of talking about everything, from what they do for a living to their favorite meal. The big question came that Stuart always wanted to ask her ever since he saw her walking into the cafe.
"Would you perhaps want to go on a date with me?" Stuart asked as he felt weird inside, it was a pretty new feeling for him.
"Yes I'd love to" Said Jasmine grinning at him.
"How about tonight? We can meet at my job around 7 am?" Stuart asked as he was getting himself ready to go back to work, since he went to the cafe to be able to write alone instead of being with his co-workers twenty-four seven.
"Yes, that's perfect, see you at Google, I never thought I'd say that" Jasmine grinned and gave Stuart a hug and her number before both of them left, and waited for the time to come, so they could see each other once again. And hopefully see each other on another date in the furture.
Slowly the time was getting closer to 7 am and Jasmine was sitting in her apartment, trying to find the perfect outfit and put on some light makeup.
Same goes for Stuart, he was trying to find the perfect shirt and pants as his co-workers were trying to tell him what to wear. But he wanted to look as good as he could for Jasmine, since it's been a while since he was on a date. Or it's actually his first date, so he wanted to look good and not wear his usual clothes.
So after an hour or two, both of them found the perfect outfit for a night out.
