Levi: You. Don't worry you didn't leave him heartbroken. You both lived until the end after all the Titans were destroyed. You just died of age.
Eren: You. It was during your FIRSG expedition. You too were placed in Levi's squad. It was because you were able to keep Eren in check. As Levi gave you strict instructions to protect him at all costs, you died protecting him.

Erwin: Him. It was the battle between you guys and the beat Titan. You were within wall Maria helping Eren and the others with Reiner and Bertolt. (I forgot how to spell his name😁) It was after Armin sacrificed himself and burned him when a soldier came to you with Erwin's body. You begged Levi to choose Erwin to save his life but he didn't. You respected his decision but died inside.
Jean: you both die. It seems impossible but it wasn't. You and Jean were back to back fighting Titans until he ran out of gas. He told you to run and save yourself but you stayed put. Soon a Titan grabbed both of you and placed you in its mouth. Rip (y/s/n)
