Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu.
Whenever we hear Surah Ghaashiya meaning The Overwhelming chapter 88 of the Noble Qur'an after reciting this Surah whenever it ends read this Dua always because that Surah speaks the glad tidings of the Jannah but also speaks deeply on the Punishment of the Hell Fire and also what will be the state of a man on the Day of Judgement. Hence, reading this Dua is good for us after reciting that Surah.

This Dua is also suppose to be read after every Farz ( obligatory ) Salah for easy accounting by Allah SWT on the Day of Judgement

Next thing,
whenever in the Qur'an Allah SWT questions us
Like in the Noble Qur'an in Surah Teen chapter 95 verse 8:
أَلَيْسَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ ٱلْحَٰكِمِينَ ﴿٨﴾؅
8. Is not Allah the most conclusive of all judges?

Also in Surah Qiyamah chapter 75 verse 40:
أَلَيْسَ ذَٰلِكَ بِقَٰدِرٍ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يُحْۦِىَ ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ ﴿٤٠﴾؅
40. Is not that [Creator] Able to give life to the dead?

This word " أَلَيْسَ " in the Qur'an is always a question to us in the Qur'an by Allah SWT
So whenever you read a verse starting with this word that means Allah SWT is questioning us and I mentioned above 2 verses of the Qur'an as an example and so whenever such verses of the Qur'an comes,
We should reply to it. The reply to the question of Allah SWT should be said as:
" The worshipper may say Subhaanaka fa bala (Glory be to You, [ O Allah ] yes indeed)"
Their is no compulsion but it's like we are having conversations with Allah SWT and it's a reply given to Allah SWT when he questions us!

In the hadeeth of Hudhayfah (may Allaah be pleased with him) it says: I prayed with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) one night, and he started to recite al-Baqarah and I thought: he will bow when he reaches one hundred, but he carried on. Then I thought that he would finish it in the two rak'ahs, but he carried on. Then I thought he would bow after finishing it, but he started to recite al-Nisa' and recited it all, then he started to recite Aal 'Imraan and recited it all, reciting with a slow and measured pace. When he reached a verse that spoke of glorifying Allaah, he glorified Allaah; when he reached a verse that spoke of asking of Him, he asked of Him; when he reached a verse that spoke of seeking refuge with Him, he sought refuge with Him.
