On the request of Queen0226 sofikzr nooceeH Myloveforart and for all those silent readers who wanted this chapter for a long time, and to all those people who don't know this story, I am updating a chapter on the story of "As-Habul Kahf-Companions of the Cave"
This story is part 1 mentioned in Surah Kahf (The Cave) while the other parts (other stories) in this Surah, I will update on every Friday In shaa Allah, as their can't be any better day than this to update something on Surah Kahf. So, coming Friday will be part 2 In shaa Allah!
Let's start......
✨✨✨✨✨✨
Bismillah-Hir-Rahman-Nir-RaheemAll Praise be to Allah (S.W.T) the Lord of the Worlds and blessings be on Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.S), His Family and Companions, Aameen.
During an era (we don't have any authentic source to confirm the exact dates), there was a community who worshiped many gods. However, a group of young people kept steadfast to their belief that their is only one God i.e Allah.
Fearing that their people would harm them, they retreated to a cave. Allah (S.W.T) has mentioned about them in chapter number 18 of the Noble Qur'an in Surah Al-Kahf which means the "The Cave." Allah (S.W.T) made them sleep in the cave for 300 years.
If we sleep on one side for a long time, the blood vessels of our skin get compressed and cause bed sores. So Allah (S.W.T) turned them to the right and to the left. When Allah (S.W.T) awakened them, they thought that they had slept a day or a part of a day.
However, from the coins that they had, they realised that they had been sleeping in the cave for a very, very long time. This event is a sign which helps in understanding the condition of the world of "Barzakh."
After our death, we will be lying for a very long time in "Barzakh," and when we will be raised up for the Day of Judgement, we will feel that we had been sleeping for a day or less.
After waking up, the youths felt hungry so they sent one of them with the silver coin that they had to get some food from the city.
On seeing the silver coin, the people of the city realised that these were youths who had retreated to a cave many many years ago. The news spread in the city like wild fire.
Allah (S.W.T) caused this reality to be disclosed to people in order to remove the doubts of the people about the Day of Resurrection.
If Allah (S.W.T) can wake up these youths after putting them to sleep for a very very long time, then why can Allah (S.W.T) not raise us up after our deaths?
