Chapter 14 Meditational Stages!

There's five different stages in meditation.
The first stage is the mental stage. This stage
is all about new beginnings! This stage is for
drawing things to ourselves or others.

We should meditate on our new adventures,
goals, love, romance, skills, mentality, health,
jobs, self development and interest. We should
meditate on what we want and how we'll get it!

During the mental stage of meditation we should
map out our road to overcome our new desires.
We should meditate and make clear exactly how
we'll get the things we want in life.

We're to add the details to the list of things that
we desire to gain. Knowing what we want without
having a clear path on how to gain it leaves us
only dreaming!

Only by adding everything up can we leave the
dream behind and make it into a reality. During
the mental stage of meditation we should only
focus on building our new priorities and life!

The second stage of meditation is the physical
stage. This stage is all about our growth! In this
stage we're to focus on constructing our growth
and enhancement.

We should be focusing on growing our love,
wealth and success. We should be working
towards the things we've prepared to do
during our meditation in the mental stage.

We should be checking our improvements.
If no improvement then we shouldn't beat
ourselves up about it. We should however
get serious about our improving.

This meditation is to help us focus on
improving and driving us toward
achieving what we want in life. It's to
keep our minds focused on our priorities!

This stage is for pumping up and physically
building all that we've focused on in the
mental stage. This stage is for increasing
in whatever we've set out to increase in!

Meditating on courage, bravery, motivation,
love, positivity and inspiration will help us in
this stage! These things will help increase
our morale and help us to complete our task.

The third stage of meditation is the full stage.
The full stage is about being our greatest selves
that we've worked so hard to achieve. It's about
being completed and made whole.

It's the time to focus on what we've gained and
how we've gained it. It's the time to enjoy our
victory and pleasures. It's about abundant
fullness.

It's about enjoying the happiness that comes
with our lives being fulfilled. It's about relaxing,
maturity, money, dreams, love, excitement, fun,
strength, knowledge, and completion.

The fourth stage is the void stage. This
stage is about elimination and separation.
This meditation is used for curing ourselves
through the process of deletion.

It's about getting rid of negativity and negative
energies. It's about getting rid of undesirable
things and addictions from ourselves. This
stage is for breaking bad habits and dysfunction.

It's about ending anything that hurts us and holds
us back such as: binge eating, friendships,
relationships, stress and worries. This meditation
is good for anything dealing with removal and deletion.

The fifth and final stage is the resting stage.
This stage is all about meditating on regeneration
and relaxation. This stage is for exploring our darkest
selves and understanding our negativity!

This stage is for looking and checking inside of
our selves. It's about finding what we do and
don't like about our selves. It's about learning
ourselves to the fullest.

It's about finding our lumps bumps and
dumps so that we can properly improve
our greatest selves. It's a time for healing
and seeing who we really are.

It's about finding our truthful selves so that
we can live and project out our truest and
purest selves. It's about cleansing ourselves
as we get ready to move into the mental stage.
