Chapter 17 Love Mediations!

Love meditation is any meditation or
concentration based on love. It is good
for us to meditate on love and spend
time thinking on being loving.

We should mediate on the people around
us and instead of thinking on their bad
focus on their good. We should look at
everything and see the good in it.

We should see ourselves loving those
who hate us and treating them with
love. We should stay away from the
feelings of hate.

We should see ourselves as the moon
which is surrounded by darkness but
still only gives out love. We should think
on the reasons why we hate them.

We should remove our hate for them
and be the fountain of love. Focus on
them to the point that thinking about
them no longer even brings us down.

People upset and hurt us everyday.
We like to just forget or never think
about those people. We like to put
it off deeper within ourselves.

This is not what we should be doing
however. We should instead be
clearing ourselves of such negative
energy completely.

We should be facing against everything
that holds us back from loving them.
When we reach the point of loving them
we'll see how much freedom we'll gain.

We'll be able to think about them without
causing harmful feelings showing up
within us. They will randomly pop into our
minds and we'll still be happy and free.

We should not cage our hate or dislikes.
Caging it only makes things turn more
on the downfall. We should instead
release it through mediation and focus!

This can be done for people and food.
This goes for anything that bothers us
and holds us down. We should release
our hate so that we don't walk around
with it.

Being loving does not mean to tolerate
something but rather simply let it go so
that it does not cause us to be burdened.
It's to free ourselves of negativity!

Anything that can be filled up without
release must be emptied at some point.
We are the same way. Fill a garbage can
with trash and it will remain filthy.

Empty the garbage can and it will become
clean ready to move on. We must not
hold onto such burdens but release.
Otherwise we hold on till we burst open.

Bursting open causes real irrational things
to happen to everything around us even
ourselves. Bursting open is never a good
thing! We should gladly release ourselves.

It's okay to separate ourselves from the
things we dislike but let's not hate. We
must continue to walk in loving light and
after it's teachings.

We are to keep ourselves clean, free,
uplifted and motivated. Clean and
purified from all hate. Giving out love
to all.

When we have meditated on all that
we hate to the point it no longer
bothers us then we are free. We
have saved ourselves!

We don't need a savior because we
are our savior. We save ourselves from
our problems by overcoming them
through love!
