"So,"

The Engineer clapped his hands together as he raced around the control panel, pressing a variety of multi colored buttons and flipping a couple switches.

The TARDIS groaned to life in response, turning and nearly sending Amy and Signe over the railing.

"Where do you two wanna go first?" The Engineer stopped racing around in front of the two, his eagerness making Amy and Signe smile.

"There's a planet full of dogs with no noses, a planet that's a giant arcade, which is personally my favorite, or a planet full of green and blue with eye balls as pets called Bossatronia." He listed several places, each one sounding cooler than the next.

"Bossatronia sounds awesome!" Signe exclaimed, Amy nodding in agreement.

"Bossatronia it is!" Mark went back to the control panel, typing in coordinates on a small screen.

"Before we go, I want to show you two something." Mark added as he walked over to the door and swung it open.

Amy and Signe could see a beautiful vibrant multicolored galaxy spiraling around them.

"Follow me." The Engineer instructed, walking until he was directly in front of the door.

Before either of them could ask what he was doing, he pushed both of them out the door, grabbing one of their legs so they didn't float away.

Amy was speechless as her blonde hair floated around her head like a halo, Signe laughing as she extended her arms in front of her to pretend that she was flying. Their eyes were wide with wonder as they could scarcely believe that they were floating in space.

The Engineer then brought them back inside, his wide smile not quite reaching his chocolate brown eyes.

"Something wrong?" Amy asked as she leaned against the railing, frowning in concern.

"No, I'm perfectly fine." The Engineer assured Amy, his smile faltering as he avoided her gaze before he abruptly turned his back towards her and shut the door before darting back over to the control panel.

"He's a bad liar." Signe quietly remarked to Amy.

"We're here!" The Engineer suddenly announced, walking back over to the door and swinging it open.

Large emerald green glass-like towers loomed over them, the ground covered in bright green grass with sapphire blue streets. The sun was bright and looked like the one on Earth, except there were four clustered together.

Somehow the temperature felt warm and comfortable instead of scorching hot much to Amy and Signe's relief. Small green eyes bounced around happily with their green haired owners as they chatted with each other about.

"The TARDIS translates their language, so don't be surprised if they sound like they're speaking English. Their natural language is high pitched screaming that can be a bit much." The Engineer told them before they stepped out, Amy closing the door behind them. The atmosphere was humid, but breathable much to Amy and Signe's relief.

"Ah, good to see ya again Engineer!" A man with pale skin dressed in sapphire blue robes and a shimmering green cloak with sky blue eyes and green hair with shaved brown sides greeted the Engineer with a large smile as he held up a hand.

"You too Prince Septiceye." The Engineer gave the man a high five with a smile.

"Just call me Jack." The prince told him as he lowered his hand.

"Who are these lovely ladies?" Jack glanced at Amy and Signe.

"These are my companions Amy and Signe." The Engineer introduced them.

"Welcome to the the capital Boss." Jack gestured around them.

"Sam!" Jack whistled.

A green eyeball with a blue pupil that matched Jack's eyes bounded over to Jack. Although Sam didn't have a face, Amy could tell that it was excited to see new people as Sam wrapped its tail around Signe's leg and rubbed its head against her.

"I think he likes you!" Jack chuckled.

"Can you come to the palace?" Jack begged the Engineer, his eyes lit up with hopefulness.

"Even though you're a hundred years younger than me, you manage to act like a child." The Engineer laughed.

"Of course we'll come with you." The Engineer nodded.

"Yes! My parents are having a boring conference with Ethan and his parents about politics and other shit." Jack explained as the trio followed him down the street towards a ginormous castle made of solid emerald. Sam untangled himself from Signe and bounded alongside Jack.

"I was wondering when you'd come back. Your parents make you?" A man with short, spiked light brown hair teased from in front of the large doors. He was dressed in a sky blue military uniform with a green eye patch that looked like Sam above his heart.

"Just because I promoted you to commander doesn't mean that you can tease me Robin." Jack scolded playfully with a smirk as Robin pressed a button beside him that activated a clear blue laser bridge that allowed them to cross over the moat and enter the castle.

"This is the throne room, I'm not really a fan of it since it makes me look like I'm better than everyone since I have a fancy ass chair." Jack gestured around him at the mostly empty room. The only thing in it was a set of steps that led up to three thrones. One was large and made of emerald, the other was slightly smaller with sapphire, and the last one was a mixture of the two jewels.

"Jack, I was wondering where you were."

A man with a booming voice entered, dressed the same as Jack except he had a silver crown with emeralds on it on his head. His hair was all neon green, including his beard. He had a friendly smile that lit up his blue eyes.

"Hey dad!" Jack waved.

"Engineer, it is so good to see you again. Jack's been wanting to see you again for awhile." He chuckled.

"Is Jack back from his little adventure?" A woman with long braided brown hair streaked with silver and forest green eyes dressed in a flowing green dress entered the room. Her face looked worn, but kind.

"Hey ma! I made friends!" Jack gestured to Signe and Amy.

"It's been awhile since I've seen another human. You two are?" The woman prompted with a smile.

"I'm Amy and this is my friend Signe." Amy introduced herself and Signe.

"Ethan's parents are back home, he's waiting for you in the gaming lounge." Jack's dad informed Jack.

That was when the first explosion rocked the castle.
