Kara paced her apartment back and forth
It's 2AM and it's been hours since she last saw Lena and she missed her. She missed her so much and Kara craved to be with Lena again, who was her best friend nothing more
Kara needed to talk to Alex right now.
She flew to Alex's apartment and banged on the door whispering Alex's name
A very tired Maggie opened the door and frowned at Kara
"Alex... I, I need her"
Maggie seemed to wake up a bit at that statement and she quickly went to call Alex as Kara kept pacing back and forth
Kara felt a light tug at her arm and turned around to see Alex standing there with a concerned look on her face
"Kara what's wrong?"
Kara threw her arms around Alex and whispered an 'I need you' into her ear
Maggie decided to leave the girls some privacy and she went back to bed
Alex looked at Kara
"Care to tell me why you're banging on my door at 2AM?"
"There's this feeling and it won't, it won't go away Alex" Kara said with a whisper
"Tell me about it" Alex said as she pulled Kara to the nearest couch and sat down
"Alex.. The feeling it feels like, like flying for the very first time. It feels so good"
"Is it Mon-El?"
"No... No it's not a guy Alex"
Silence filled the room and Alex looked at Kara
"I think, I think I like girls too"
Alex pulled Kara into a hug
"That's okay"
Kara pulled away and smiled sheepishly
"It felt good to admit that out loud"
"So you're Bi?" Alex asked just to make sure
"Yes... I'm Bi"
Alex smiled
"And that's okay"
Kara bit her lip and Alex saw that her sister wanted to say something else
"What is it Kara?"
Kara's eyes widened
"How'd you know I wanted to say something?"
"I just did"
"I like one girl in particular..." she trailed off
"Tell me about her" Alex said with a smile
"She's beautiful Alex. She makes me smile and laugh so hard and she's such a kitten. We can talk for hours and when I just want to be myself, not a superhero she's always there to hang out with and she even knows I'm Supergirl.." Kara finished with a goofy smile on her face
"Does she know you like her?"
"No" Kara mutters "that's the problem I'm scared of losing her Alex, so scared" she said her voice just above a whisper
"Tell her what you feel okay? Just tell her and see what happens"
Kara nodded
"O-okay"
Kara got up and walked to the door giving Alex a hug she whispered into her ear
"It's Lena"
Alex pulled away with a smile
"I know now go get your girl... Wait not right now it's late but still go get her"
Kara grinned at Alex and gave her another bone crushing hug
"I love you"
"I love you too"
