Hawkstar is not a leader at heart. Although he is stern, demanding, and an boasts an intimidating presence, his leadership skills easily falter under the weight of outside influences. He can be easily swayed, and his own personal affairs tend to block proper, unbiased judgment. For much of his time as a warrior and into his leadership, Hawkstar had a crush on Ravensplash, which ultimately affected his decision to make her deputy. Although he has two litters of kits with Doverain, Hawkstar would have certainly persued a relationship with Ravensplash if ever given the chance.
