Kelsey pov
I stood at the front door frozen. I could literally feel my breath hitch in my throat as miles stared at me with his usual smirk on his face.
"Kelsey can we talk?" He asks once again
"I-I-I" I stammer, trying to put my words together
"Huh?" He asked confused
"I mean sure, I guess we can" I say and open the door wider
He smiles and walks past me into the house. I take a deep breath and shut the door behind us and follow after him towards the living room.
"Would you like something to drink?" I asked being polite
"nah I'm good" he says and sits down on the love seat
"Great now tell me why your here Miles" I ask removing the smile from my face
He sighs and the smirk drops from his face
"Kelsey I've been thinking a lot about what you said and I'm sorry. I shouldn't have used you for some dumb bet and told the whole school. I hope that you can forgive me" he says all in one breath
I didn't know what to say. I mean I was so mad at him for what he's done.
'He played me, he used me just like the rest of the guys in school, but then again I let him. I knew what he was capable of and I let him.'
'I let him see me vulnerable and take my virginity, so really the only person I could truly be mad at was myself.'
"Kelsey?" He calls
I jump out of my thoughts to see him looking at me in confusion
"I forgive you no worries" I say nodding my head
"Great can I take you out for ice cream?" He asks with a genuine smile
"Sure just let me grab some shoes" I say and run upstairs
I come back down with my sneakers on and follow miles out the door and towards his car. we hop in and drive to this ice cream polar on the other side of town.
We pull up into the parking lot and get out. he opens the door for me and I nod him 'thanks' and walk in towards the flavors.
"What are you getting?" He asked curious
"Um probably mint chocolate chip it's my favorite" I say looking at the ice cream
"Its mine too" he says smirking
"Are you serious?" I say shock
"Yeah I used to eat it a lot as a kid" he says shrugging
"Same here" I say and walk over towards the lady
"Hi can I have 4 scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream" I ask the woman
She nods and gets it for me and miles orders the same. We get our cones and sit down at one of the tables.
"So what made you change your mind?" I question him
"About?"
"What I said to you at your house?"
"You did I realize I was being a jerk and for some reason when I made you cry it hurt me" he says shrugging
I nod and continue to eat my ice cream. We finish up and walk out the parlor and miles drives me home.
We pull up in front of my house and he walks me up to the door
" I had fun" I say to him
"Me too Kelsey" he says looking at me
"Miles there something I have to tell you" I say nervously
"What is it?" He asked a little worried
"I'm pre-" I start when his phone starts ringing
"Hold on kels" he says and pulls it out and starts talking to the other person on the line
I stand there awkwardly thinking maybe this was a sign that I shouldn't tell him that I was pregnant with his baby. he finally finishes on the phone and comes back over towards me
"So you were saying?" He says moving closer
"Um just goodnight that's all" I say looking down
"okay" he says and tilts my chin up
I look at him and slowly lick my lips. He watches me and slowly puts his lips on mine.
I kiss back feeling the butterflies in my stomach and my heart beat super fast, soon enough miles pulls away and smirks at me
"Goodnight Kelsey" he says and walks away
I walk into my house and lean against the door biting my lip. I do a light squeal and walk upstairs towards my bedroom and fall asleep.

I woke up to my annoying alarm on my phone. I groan and roll over to turn it off.
I scroll through insta when I get a text message from miles
Good morning gorgeous😘
A smile goes on to my face as I read it. I type back 'good morning' and get up to get ready for today.
I take a quick shower and throw on a blue camisole and a white cardigan with black skinny jeans. I slip on my converses and throw my hair into a high ponytail; deciding on no makeup today.
I go downstairs and grab myself yogurt from the fridge. I sit down at the island and soon enough hear the front door open.
"Kels I'm here" Macy yells throughout the house
"In the kitchen" I yell back, scooping the last bit of yogurt out of the cup
She walks in with a notebook and pen and plops down in a chair
"What's the notebook for?" I question grabbing a water
"I was up last night thinking and decided we should look at other options for the baby and then make a pros and cons list to each options" she says proudly
"Macy I honestly feel like that isn't necessary I want an abortion" I say rolling my eyes
"I don't care what you want your having this baby"
"Unless Miles wants otherwise" I remind her
"Shut up and go get your laptop"
I roll my eyes and run upstairs to grab my laptop. I come back down and plop down next to Macy
"Lets get this stupid thing over with"
"Yes lets"
Macy and I go over all my options and make the pros and cons list, by the time it's over I'm exhausted and annoyed
"Kelsey stop being so difficult" Macy snaps
"I DON't WANT THIS BABY MACY" I scream at her
She goes silent for a minute then slams her notebook close
"Fine figure it out on your own I'm done helping you Kelsey if you want to abort this baby then fine but don't expect me to be there or support you" she says storming out and slamming the door behind her
I feel tears well up in my eyes realizing that I'm stuck with situation all on my own
