Chapter 5 - Closer

As the morning suns rays shined through Lucys window her annoying alarm went off through out her peaceful apartment.

She groaned as she lazily pushed herself up out of bed and shut her alarm off

She stretched her arms out to the ceiling releasing the tension in her shoulders

She looked out of her window and saw the beautiful cloud filled blue sky, the way the suns rays were hitting the buildings just made everything look so peaceful and perfect

She heard her phone quietly buzz next to her, she noticed it was a text from Natsu

From -Natsu : Yo Luce try to get to school by 7:30, meet me in the cafeteria.

To - Natsu : Oka Ill see you in a bit weirdo.

Sh took in a deep breath as she stood up and went to the bathroom

The faint smell of smoke caught her nose again just as she entered the bathroom, she immediately blushed in the mirror noticing she was still cuddled up in his bright red sweater

She just giggle to herself as she took it off and placed it neatly back in his bag before heading back into the bathroom

'Oka Lucy, its your first day. Lets dress to impress.' she smiled as she began her hygiene routine, which included a quick shower.

She got out with a towel wrapped around her body and hair as she walked into her closet decided what she wanted to wear after putting on her undergarments she had picked out a pair of light blue ripped skinny jeans and a thin black long sleeved off shoulders top along with a pair of black wedges that matched perfectly

She looked in her full body mirror at herself and appreciated how the outfit hugged her every curve

She went to fix up her hair and when she took it out of her towel wrap she liked the natural free flowing look it had, so she just parted her bangs correctly and added some hair products to keep it that way

7:15 is what her clock read

'Shoot!' Lucy panicked as she quickly grabbed her bright blue book bag and Natsu's backpack before she rushed out of her apartment towards the school.

As soon as she stepped outside she felt the cool crisp morning air brush against her skin

It felt really nice to her as she enjoyed the fresh morning breeze on her way

As soon as Lucy got to school she got stares from the current students already there, the occasionally made eye contact and she just kept a smile on her face and received one in return as she walked towards the cafeteria.

"Hey Juvia, that's Lucy." Lissanna nudged her as they saw Lucy walking through the campus

"Oh no! That's Juvia's love rival for Gray-Sama!" Juvia exclaimed as she and Lissanna followed her just out of her sight though

"Nevermind that, what im wondering is why she has Natsu's back pack." Lissanna glared as they continued to follow Lucy

That is until Juvia saw Gray walking to class early

"Ah Gray Sama!" Juvia squealed as she ran over to him leaving Lissanna alone
