Just A Kiss On Your Lips

Part 11

Barry's POV

I woke up to an unknown place. I looked around to see Caitlin sleeping next to me, i remembered the events of last night so clearly. So far it has been an amazing vacation. I hope the events i have planned for today have the same effect, i better wake her up before it gets to late.

"Cait wake up" I whisper in her ear

She starts to stir as she turns over to face me

"Barry we are on vacation, that means we can stay in bed. So i really don't want to get up" She says sleepily

"Yeah but i have the best day planned for us" I say sitting up leaning against the headboard

"And what kind of plans are these?" She asks sitting up along with me

"Well first we are going to go to the fair that's in town today. Then we are gonna head to the beach, and finally I'm gonna take you out to a romantic restaurant. Now how does that sound?" I ask her

"That sounds perfect but can we go take a shower before we go?"

"Sure"

We both quickly took a shower and we get dressed for the day. I walked down to the car and started driving to the fair.

"You happy?" I ask of her not taking my eyes off the road, even though i really wanted to

"Yes. I am very excited to go the fair" She says excitedly

Once we get there we get out and start walking around. We looked around at all of the booths and people walking around, but then I saw a roller coaster a few feet away.

"Do you wanna ride the roller coaster with me?" I ask hoping she says yes

"No. Not happening. I don't like roller coasters, i never have. I am just too afraid to ride them" She admits

"Well i will be there with you so you don't need to be scared" I said

"How about later Barry" She suggests

"Fine, but for right now I'm gonna win you something. So pick a booth and i will get you a prize"

She points out one of the booths, it's one where you have to shoot a target with a bee bee gun. Its a pretty big target. How hard can it be? And i was right, i got it on my first try instantly winning a stuffed dog for Caitlin.

"Barry it's so cute. Thank you" She says kissing me on the cheek

"Of course. Now i think it's time to go over to the roller coaster" I said pulling her hand over to it

"Barry I'm scared"

"I will be here with you" I say as she clutches to my side as we waited in line, even when it was our turn.

We both sat in the ride and get buckled in. Caitlin closes her eyes and hold my arms tighter. When i looked over to her i can see how nervous she is. I kissed her temple as the roller coaster starts moving up.

"I love you Barry" I could hear the fear in her voice as she tells me

"You say that like we're gonna die. I promise i will protect you, now open you eyes and get ready" I tell her

The roller coaster started moving faster. We started going around in circles and upside down. I looked at Caitlin's face and i can see the smile appear on her face. I knew she would like it. The ride soon comes to a halt.

"Barry thank you for making me come on this. It was so exhilarating!" She says before kissing me

"You're welcome. Now are you hungry?" I ask her
