Emotions are hard to express during many moments but through it all, it's within ourselves to do what's best for ourselves. But again, its within our own control and within our commitment to not only start towards a healthier lifestyle but committing to it.
So if you want to do something, then do it. Screw what society thinks, do what makes you happy and what makes you feel most alive!
