My family (parents and sister) both need work on themselves. Serious work! And I believe psychology yet everything that is in mental health for example: gratitude, mindfulness, silence the mind, CBT, DBT, REBT, and all else my family will benefit from and can improve their overall quality of life. You know that quote that states the quality of your thoughts dictates the quality of your life. My sister is really annoying me and giving me negative yet unhealthy attitude and behaviour on this trip. I honestly don't know what to do. If only there was one good thing aside from anything that's been good for me on this trip; that I could get before we fly back to Georgetown, Ontario, Canada!
