Chapter 5

Demi's POV:

We got home and Lizzy had fallen asleep. I carefully carried her out of the car and put her up into her room.

I got into my pajamas and went to bed. I could feel my self falling asleep when I heard a scream.
I ran into Lizzy's room and saw her in a ball on the floor shaking, and sobbing uncontrollably.

"Demi! The demons! They won't stop!" She screamed

I ran over to her fragile body and picked her up. I them placed her onto the bed and she cuddled into me still crying.

"Shhhh it will be ok" I said to her. Then I started to song Skyscraper to her. That seemed to calm her down a lot.

"Do you want to sleep with me tonight?" I said

She nodded. I walked her to my bed.

We got settled into bed and I looked at the clock.
3:48 the clock read.

I was woken out of my thought by Lizzy.

"Demi, I'm scared" she had tears in her eyes.

"Scared of what baby girl?" I said in concern

"Everything. I want it all to go away. I want to end it all Demi"

"I know baby girl. Your my fighter. And I want you to promise me something." I said

"What?" She said her voice sounded scared

"You will never give up. Because I know you can do it."

"I promise." She cooed

"Good night Lizzy. I love you."

"I love you to mom"

And with that we both went to bed.
