"Stop staring at me and play. Its not fun when you're letting me win." Sy looked at me. I laughed and started the match over.

"What are you gonna do for your birthday?" I asked while taking a quick glance at him. He shrugged and continued to beat me in the game. "It's literally tomorrow Sy."

"I'll probably just drop some shit and spend the day with you." He did his final move, winning the game. I looked behind me at my black oven. It was almost 4.

"I'm gonna take a short nap. Wake me up at five." He nodded, not taking his eyes off the screen. I swear he's just like me. Addicted to anime and video games. "And when you wake up, burn your shirt." I looked down at my Assination Classroom shirt I had gotten from Hot Topic. Thats one of the few animes he hates. I wore it on purpose because I knew he was coming over.

I went to my bedroom and flopped on my bed. Those slices of pizza were finally getting to me. I looked at a few pointless YouTube videos just for the noise then fell asleep.

I woke up to the odor of burnt pepperoni. It almost smelled like bacon. Symere came in my room with a paper plate and a glass full of Sprite.

"Did you forget about the pizza?" I asked after looking at the pizza. It had three pieces of pepperoni on it and had cheese bubbles coming out of it.

"Nah, but I forgot to wake you up." I took a bite of my pizza then looked at my phone. It was a little past midnight.

"Symere Woods!" I yelled. I wanted him to wake me up at five because that was when my dealer was gonna drop off his surprise for his party, a Xanny cake.

"You get on my nerves." I said while he sat on the edge of the bed. I took a sip of my Sprite and leaned against my brown headboard.

"Kourt, I know it's my birthday but I wanna give you something." I nodded. He got on one knee and my eyes widened.

"Kourtney, I know we haven't been dating for too long but I am really in love with you. You're like the Ramona to my Scott." He took a box out of his pocket and laid his hand on my leg. My eyes were about to pop out of my head. "It's just a promise ring. Stop looking like that." He chuckled and slid the ring on my finger.

"Just promise me that you're gonna stay by my side no matter what." He looked into my eyes.

"Yeah, if you drop Luv is Rage Two." I laughed. He got up and pecked my lips then chuckled.

"I love you Kourt."

I smiled and finished eating my pizza. I can already tell today is gonna be great and filled with surprises.
