Morgan's POV

"Woah. Shawn look." I say with my mouth open looking at my phone screen.

"What?" He asks looking over my shoulder at the screen.

"Holy shit." He says.

"Oh my god." I say.

"Its only been two days."

"That's crazy." Shawn says.

So if you're lost. Don't worry I got you. Its New Years Eve. Shawn and I finished our song about five days ago. We recorded it in a studio here in Toronto four days ago. And we also filmed. A lot;). Everything was put together and our song came out almost two days ago.

Our fans and supporters reacted amazingly. Right now Shawn and I are in shock as we see that our song is number one on the charts in iTunes.

"Guys! Get down here!" Aaliyah shouts from downstairs.

Shawn and I go downstairs and into the kitchen where everyone is.

"What is it?" I ask.

"Listen." My mom says turning up the radio.

Then I hear me and Shawn's voices. Our voices on radio. Well Shawn's already been on radio. I haven't. This is too surreal.

My jaw practically drops to the floor. I can say the same for Shawn. Then the corners of my mouth turn upwards into a huge smile.

I look at Shawn and he has a big smile on too.

"Oh my god." I say turning to all of them. "You guys are on the radio!" Aaliyah says.

"Woah. That's crazy." Shawn says. "That's us." He says looking at me. I nod my head. "That's us!" I say.

"My baby's on the radio!" My mom says with a huge smile.

"You guys are on the radio!" Manny says. "I'm so happy for you two!" Karen says.

We all listen to the song as it plays on the radio. This song used to only have a small part to it. Shawn wrote that small part a while ago. He posted it on his Instagram and fans went crazy over it. I remember them always asking if he would officially release it. And now we finished it...together.

"And that was What If I Told You A Story by Shawn Mendes and Morgan Johnson. A cute couple I might add." The guy on the radio says.

Yep. Shawn and I wrote What If I Told You A Story together.

I feel my phone buzz in the pocket of my hoodie. I take it out and answer it.

"Hey Elizabeth! What's up?" I ask.

"Someone's cheery." She laughs.

"Of course I am. Shawn and I just heard our song on the radio for the first time." I say.

"I heard it too! I was in the car and it came on. I'm super happy for you two! And you know what this means?" She asks.

"What?" I ask with the same smile that hasn't left my face at all today.

"You are going on tour after you finish school! It is a definite. You just got to make sure you release your own single in April so it can set you off." Elizabeth says through the phone.

"Um...can I talk to you later?" I ask.

"Yes of course. But it needs to be soon so we can work out your single details and your tour details!" She says.

"Yea. Okay bye." I say hanging up.

"What's up?" My mom asks.

"Nothing. Just Elizabeth calling congratulating Shawn and I." I say with a semi fake smile. It was fake. From what Elizabeth told me. But it was mostly real. Today has been a good day. Shawn and I hit number one on iTunes. And we are on the radio.

Shawn, Aaliyah, Ian, Matt, Brian, and I are all in the basement. Its New Years Eve and we are getting ready for midnight.

All the boys are talking (or should I say shouting at one another) while playing video games. Aaliyah and I are talking when my phone rings.

I look at caller ID. "I'll be right back." I say to Aaliyah. She nods her head and I go upstairs. I see the parents in the living room so I go upstairs into Shawn room closing and locking the door behind me.

"Hello?" I say a little out of breath.

"Hi Morgan. Are you ready to talk about details?" Elizabeth asks.

"Its kind of soon don't you think? I don't get out of school till May. And I don't graduate till June." I say.

"Yes I know. I have an idea. Why don't we meet in California soon and talk about this. Any day in mind? I know you are just getting back to school so maybe a weekend?" She asks.

"Elizabeth I don't really know about that." I say.

"Come on Morgan. We need to start setting your career off. This song you and Shawn released is getting you places. You got two hundred thousand followers in only two days. We seriously need to meet up and talk with the rest of management." She says seriously. Wow. Elizabeth being serious. That's new.

"I know. I'll give you a date soon. I promise. But right now I'm having fun celebrating the new year with my friends and family. We'll talk about this when I go over to California when I arrive home. I have a flight early tomorrow morning." I say.

"Alright. I'll talk to you later then. Happy New Years kiddo." She says. "Happy New Year. Bye." I say hanging up.

I want to tour so badly. Elizabeth is right with everything she said. But what about Shawn and I? What would happen to us? I mean I know I shouldn't worry about distance since we've fought it for two years. But we've never fought it with both of us touring. I'll figure something out. There's no way I'd want to break up with Shawn. I love him to death. I would never do that. We just have to fight harder I guess. Especially me.

I go back downstairs into the basement.

"Who'd you talk to?" Aaliyah asks as I sit down next to her. "Just a friend." I lie. She nods her head and we continue with our conversation we were having before Elizabeth called me.

"3!"

"2!"

"1!"

"Happy New Year!"
