"Mommy no!" Allie cried as her mom ran down the stairs.

"Honey, I'm sorry. Daddy promised me he would raise you right, and I can't do anything but trust him. I'll come back for you if things get bad, baby. I promise," Yannet said to her five year old daughter.

"Okay," Allie said, hugging her mother tightly.

"I'll miss you," Yannet told Allie.

"And I'll never forget you," Allie told her mom.

Yannet slowly drove away in tears. Then, Milo came downstairs and dragged Allie inside. He threw her in her bedroom and locked the door from the outside.

"Daddy why did you lock me in?" Allie asked.

"Because I hate you. I will be back in ten minutes with your dinner. Now stay quiet," Milo mumbled to his daughter.

Milo left and Allie started crying again. Why would her father, whom she loved so dearly, want to hurt her or make her suffer? Allie wouldn't have an answer to that question. She just would have to guess.

Allie went against her father's wishes: she started complaining, since her father gave the poor little girl no attention. Milo soon got fed up with her and locked Allie in the basement. She had no light, entertainment, or love. Allie was alone with little food and water for three weeks, before six friends were kidnapped by Milo and shoved in the same room as Allie.
