Today was my last day of high school! I had graduation Tomorrow, and then I get to spend the summer with my friends at the beach!!
I had just gotten home and walked into the house, throwing my school bag to the side.
"Mom Dad I'm home" I screamed going to the kitchen. I opened the refrigerator and got out a water. When I turned I jumped and dropped the water.
"Kevin! What are you doing here?" My little brother was there looking at me with a smile.
"Did I scare you?"
"Yeah you did. Where are mom and dad?" I picked up the water bottle.
He chuckled then stopped "mom is at the store and dad is in his office. One of his clients are coming tonight."
I don't really know what my dad does for a living just that he makes good money on it. Sometimes he has clients come over and they have dinner with us. Most of them are older men that like to hit on me, then my father gets pissed and I get to go to my room.
"Thanks for letting me know." I walked past him and ruffled his hair.
I walked up to my room and got a quick shower. When I got out I did my hair and started watching something on my phone.
I could smell my moms cooking and I loved it. I got up looking at my phone and saw that it was almost dinner time.

I put a white top and my black and white pattern skirt on. I put my dirty blonde hair in a braid and did no make up.
I heard my doorbell go off and that was my cue to get down stairs. When I got down I could hear everyone in the backyard. I walked back there and opened the door.
"There you are Juliet." My dad said smiling up at me. I walked over to him and gave him a kiss on the head.
"Juliet this is my client Mr. Hayes." I looked up and was shocked beyond shocked. This guy was not old. He was far from it. He was so good looking and if I may say myself HOT!!
He had brown hair that was styled Perfectly. Tan skin that looked better then the tan I wanted this summer. And his eyes. I never knew brown eyes could be so captivating. Ok this man was either taken or a play boy. He had two men next to him that looked like body guards
"Hello" I said in a soft tone. He was looking at me like he was in my head. Believe me not the place he wants to be right now.
"Hello Juliet" the way he said my name gave me chills. I walked over to my mom and gave her a hug. "Food looks good mom" I smiled and sat next to Kevin.
"So Mr. Hayes about the money. I can have it to you in 3 months."
"Can we please save this talk for after dinner?" My mom interrupted.
"I'm sorry dear yes" we sat and ate. I would catch the hot man looking at me sometimes and would squirm In my seat.
"So like I was saying I can get you the money in 3 months." My dad said after my mom placed a slice of cake in front of him.
"That will not do" Mr. Hayes said making the smile on my dads face go away.
"Why not?" My dad said trying to keep his temper at bay.
Kevin never liked when my dad got like this. Nether did I. I loved my dad but when he got in a bad mood he would take it out on us. He says things that hurt us, and then he doesn't say anything about it the next day.
I pulled Kevin to my side and held his hand.
"Well you see, you have owned me money for 4 months now. I can't wait much longer Sean."
"If you just give me some more time that's all I need." My dad hissed making Kevin jump.
My mom gave him some cake and kissed him on the head to calm him.
