It's September Again

Well poet fans...

It's September again...

You've been with me seems sooo very long...

I don't know what I would do without each one of you...

On those long sleepless nights you've been right here with me...

So many words still unwritten...

It started back in July of one5...

I didn't think that I would still be here...

Early one September  morning a soon to be dear friend reached out to me...

She encouraged me when I had lost all hope of any success on this site...

It lit a fire in me...

A fire which still burns intensely...

Then out the clear blue I encountered another true friend and he too has been very motivational...

That was in October of that first year...

As luck would have it on a early Thanksgiving morning of that same year on my way to Houston for a family gathering I found another ally...

She has come and gone several times...

But each time she comes around I feel a kindred spirit...

It feels sooo good be a part of this community...

Really good as a matter of fact...

Then came the Christmas a year later when my son came home...

Sharing that in writing felt like sharing with close friends...

I've celebrated birthdays and even some bad days here...

You all were there with me when I went to Earnest Hemingway's Educational Center for that seminar last year...

My writing skills have shown improvement and it's mostly thanks to you...

The support has been so tremendous I don't know just how to say thank you...

And here it is September again!!!

So allow me to thank my friends and followers...

I can't tell you just how much it really means...

So thanks to every last one of you...

It's September again and I can't wait till next September!!!
