The Cyber Virgin

For years I was very aware of cyberspace

Responsible many times for the construction of Local Area Networks and Wide Area Networks which actually facilitated a conduit into cyberspace
Still I remained a willful cyber virgin

Not wanting to become entangled in the trap of the web

Now here I lay wrapped and tangled and snared

Unable to break free as I had envisioned many years ago...

I have been in the cyber bed now

And as with most first encounters it didn't feel good

So forward I will go from here wide open

Only one account, no hidden agendas, no fake facades

As it was in the beginning

Standing flat footed and erect 

Head up

Chest out

So shall it be in the end

As sure as I am, I am man

And my cyberspace is just an extension of my lifespace...
