your brother Briley Hart will be following you, and he'll ask you to do specific things. dont forget you are playing as his sister, Natasha. he knows how his sister acted when she was not in her coma, and if you dont act anything like her, you'll likely come out of the coma not remembering anything. do some things that Natasha would do, and you'll remember only the horrible things that happened in your life. Do everything Natasha would do, and you'll remember everything once you're out. this will affect Briley, he'll treat you different depending on what you do. he asks if you would take a lamp balloon from a character, if you take if give it to him, he'll look at you odd. take it but not give it to him, and he'll scoff. not take it at all and he'll continue on smiling.
when you dont act anything like his sister, he'll scream at you "YOU'RE NOT MY SISTER! YOU'RE AN IMPOSTER!" and he'll push you back into the sewer to run to the exit away from the creatures.
