IX - Sane Shadows

Come into the light,
Flee from the shadows.
Do not get too close, might
They bring only Sorrow and pain.

I warn you now,
Most cannot resist.
The temptation is strong, bow
Low and beg for strength.

It will send chills down your spine,
None are safe.
Don't get trapped inside your mind, mine
Has been lost long ago.

Take my advice,
Now turn around.
Face the darkness, slice
The fear you feel deep inside.

Walk now,
Don't look back.
I've never claimed to be sane, now
Don't be fooled by me.
