Takumi's P. O. V.
"Takumi." A faint voice said.
I didn't bother to open my eyes.
Something hit a table of somesort. Metal hit wood.
I felt someones warm and soft hand across my cheek.
I decided to open my eyes.
There was Leo, giving me a sweet smile.
He leaned in and gave me a kiss on the forehead.
"Are you feeling any better? I made you breakfast." He said and set the tray on the bed.
I shook my head.
"I don't remember anything. The only thing right now I feel is pain." I said sighing.
I sat up in bed and coughed.
"Ah, you don't? Thats alright..." He trailed off.
I rubbed my eyes.
"Where are the kids?" I asked him.
"School, of course. They'll be very happy to see that you're up." Leo smiled.
I felt my stomach. I looked down to see bandages upon bandages. I looked at Leo then, tears forming in his eyes.
"Leo.." I started.
He gently wrapped his arms around me.
"It was all my fault, I swear. We should've been watching out. We all should have. We were too stupid and left our guard down. One more hit you take can kill you, Takumi." He sobbed.
I sat there, saying nothing.

Corrin's P. O. V.
Azura and I held hands as we went to the mall.
"So, where to?" I asked her.
Today, I did her hair.
Long, silky, pale blue braids hung from her head like strings.
Her eyes a glowing yellow, like the moon. Full of excitement and happiness.
She wore jean shorts, and a skin tone top with a circle in the middle of the chest, revealing her skin. It had no sleeves, and hovered over her shorts.
She wore a summer hat, and her navy blue purse slid over one shoulder.
Her tan flats glistened in the sunlight.

Shorter than me, I could see perfectly right over her.
I mean, she wasn't that short, but short.
She pointed to a candy shop.
"Have you ever heard of Sweeteets?" She asked me curiously.
I shook my head.
"Never even heard of them! What are they like?" I said, following behind her guiding hand.
"Its like caramel at first, but then some random flavor pops out." She explained, speed walking now.
"Ah, alright. Do you think they have them here?" I asked her.
"I'm sure they do! I always get mine here. Ever wonder why my tongue is always different colors at night?" She said, holding in a giggle.
Realization hit me like a truck.
"And your breath always smells like blueberries." I said, lost in thought.
"I guess, sure! Come on!" She said and led me into the purple store.

Leo sat next to me while I ate.
"Do you feel alright?" He asked me every two minutes.
"Im fine." I said, annoyed.
He sniffed and chuckled.
"Look at you, haven't even changed into night clothes."
I set the tray on the night desk next to me.
I cleared my throat, and sat ontop of Leo.
He closed his eyes and smiled.
He placed one of his hands on my wound, covering my entire stomach.
"I promise, next time, it won't be you. It will never be you again." He said, focused.
I found my hand on his.
I removed his hand from my chest and laced my fingers with his.
I leaned in and kissed him.
He pulled me closer.
"This isn't fair." He whispered.
"Nothing is fair here, Leo." I whispered back.
He looked up at me, tears forming once more.
"Why is it always you? Takumi, you said you were never going to do that again. You've saved me so many times, so many times I could've lost you. My love, my life is devoted to you and our children." He said lightly.
"I'm not dead, am I?" I asked him.
He shook his head.
"So that means your still devoted." I smiled and kissed him again.
I wiped his tears away.
He pressed hard against me.

"Well, I guess the guest bedroom has to go." I said, looking at Lucina, as a sign to help me.
She rolled her eyes and smiled.
"Okay, what color? Pink? Purple? Ooh, blue maybe?" She said.
"Red, actually." I replied and tossed her a paint roller.
She caught it with one hand.
"Sweet." Is all she said.
