There are diffrent choices that Hikigaya makes, and so I present to you a way you can have all the choices in the your hands.
Of course, it's by making you choose what arc you want to follow. There will be 6 arcs in total (7 arcs, if you're lucky) and all 6 have different types of ending and storylines, so enjoy this!
