I stopped what I was doing and shook my head, that scene in the hospital kept appearing on my head.

Past is past. We should learn from it not live in it because we couldn't go anywhere if we keep looking back.

"Hello?" asked mom. "How are you?"

"Nervous." I said as she fixed the veil on my head.

"They are waiting there. Should we hurry now?" she asked and I nodded.

I heard knocks on the door and I saw my dad appeared.

"Oh darling, you look so beautiful today." He said.

"Yes Ana! Your dad's right. You look so beautiful today." We turned our heads and saw Brix standing by the door.

Mom squealed. "Get out! Get out! You are not allowed to look at her. The wedding's not gonna happen now because you've seen her."

Brix looked at me, confusion written on his face and I laughed.

"Oh. Philippine tradition, I think." I shrugged.

He left the room and I looked at mom. "Mom, you're overdoing it."

"It should be a surprise."

"Oh whatever. Let's go there." said Dad.

I heard the wedding song as I entered the church with dad holding my other arm. I saw the faces of my big family now.

They were all smiling at me, happy that I was happy.

My little siblings walked ahead of me, the other as the ring bearer and the other one as the flower girl.

Carrie, Julie and Lucy were my bridesmaids.

Then the best men, I saw Percy, Tristan then I saw Brix smiling at me like an idiot.

I laughed. I forgot that I was nervous.

"You're so beautiful, Diana." He said.

"That's the first time you called me by my name." I said then he chuckled.

"Okay darling. It's really hard for me to give your hand to someone else but I know he'll take care of you like how we were taking care of you." My dad said.

"And you son-in-law, take care of her or else..." Dad gave my hand to my soon to be husband.

"Yes, dad." He took my hand and he chuckled.

"Hi Annabelle!" he said and I blushed.

"Babe? Aren't you tired sleeping? Aren't you hungry?" I heard a voice.

"Do you know what I wanted to eat?" I know that voice.

"You." She laughed. I know that laugh. I love that laugh.

"I know that it would be your answer if I ask you that question." I remember her.

"Do you know how much I missed you?" I searched for the source of the voice. I wanted to see her.

"I missed you so much." Baby, I missed you too.

"Please wake up." How? I kept looking for the source of the voice.

"I need you here." I need you too. Where are you? I kept searching for her then I saw a light. I don't know what I'm doing but all I want is to see her.

I opened my eyes and I heard someone laughing, I looked at the person laughing.

"Zach!" I croaked. "Shut up. You're so noisy."
