" you've lost 10 pounds , congratulations! " the doctor said as I stepped off the scale
My face was full of disbelief this is the most I've ever lost
" proud of you " my mom said hugging me
" so now you're at 285 pounds " he smiled
" so exactly how much do you want to lose ? " he asked
" I want to be out of the 200s by the summer time " I spoke
" my goal will be 170 " I said
" so you want to lose 115 pounds ? " he asked
" If that's possible " I nodded
" it's definitely possible but I don't know about before summer " he said
" I'm willing to do anything " I spoke
" I'll give you tips " he said
" you'll have to eat extremely healthy , cut out fried foods , bread , sodas " he explained
" and the gym will play a big part in your weight loss , considering you weigh more it shouldn't be as hard to lose weight " he added
" what about loose skin ? I don't want ANY loose skin " I emphasized
" Well considering that there's not any stretch marks on your skin it doesn't seem like your skin has stretched very much but I recommend wearing a waist trainer sometimes to prevent that , don't sleep in the waist trainer though it's dangerous " he said
" okay " I nodded
" well that's all for today , have a nice one you guys I'll see y'all in 2 months " he said getting up from his chair

" soo are you excited ? " mom asked
" yeah , I never lose weight " I said
" we have to keep pushing " she said making me nod in agreement
" why we here ? " I asked as she put the code in the gate lock and drove through the gate pulling up to my family old trap spot
" I told you we back , you thought I was playing? " she chuckled getting out of the car
"it been a minute since I been here" I spoke to myself getting out of the car I looked over and noticed my families cars
I looked at the old ran down house from the outside it kind of looked the same as I remember from when I was a little girl
It's in the woods behind the east side gated up , surrounded by nothing but a small lake
It needed to be pressure washed bad , busted windows and broken glass , cardboard to cover any holes and half of our old toys and playground sets were still sitting around I felt a sense of comfort

I walked into the house and seen my family sitting around on the couches , standing up , smoking weed , shooting dice doing what they do
" heyyyy grandma " I walked up to her hugging her she hugged back
