Left Alone [D.S]

My name is Jayla and 16 years old. I have curly brown and gold hair that stops at my shoulders, green eyes, and a fairly basic body shape. I'm not the most liked person in the world actually no one likes me I'm bulled and my worst bullies is Daniel. His midnight black hair and baby soft dark skin complements his eyes that glow in the sun.

We use to be best friends but ever since he started dating Miya, he changed a lot. My mom is single and she tries here hardest to provide for me being as though I'm an only child and I have Asthma . I'm a straight A student. But I do have a secret that only my mom knows anyways I woke this morning and put on a simple white shirt with gray joggers. I slipped on my all black Chivalrous cultures that Daniel dropped not to long ago.

After I got dressed grabbed my phone off the dresser and headed outside to wait for the bus . I could really care less about school that's a breeze but my favor Part of the day was the bus I laugh historically on the bus almost everyday.Daniel is only on the bus Mondays and Wednesday which is the days he doesn't have basketball practice.

ugh I hate him. (its Monday)but when he got on the bus I couldn't help but ask "Where's the real di-Daniel" I cried a little to myself as I had multiple flash backs of when we were young. All the times he stuck up for me and the times we spent together. Some times I wonder if he even remembers. When I got on the bus I couldn't help but notice he was looking at me so I look back at him he slightly smile. Haven't seen that in a while I wonder why now.

I got off the bus and started walking when I heard my name it sounds like dig-Daniel I meant . He stood rite in front of me I flinched because usually he's always pushing me.

"Please don't push me "I cried "Wait what no . . Anyway I was just wondering if you would come to my moms baby shower today?"he questions. I hesitated to answer. reminiscing about movies where the guy asks a unpopular girl over and the prank her big time but then again I wanted to see his family again they where always so welcoming. It's still a little chilly when I arrived at the party there was a sign on the door that said "go around back" so that's what I did. When I got there, I seen the whole Simmons family.Run is barbecuing and the ladies are in the pool and Russy dig-I mean Daniel and Jojo are playing football. I stood at the door clueless when Angela got out the pool house and greeted me."ball ball its been so long how's it been"she said while hugging me .I got kind of wet but I didn't mind its just water."fine and you?" I questioned.

"Good good well come on in there's room for plenty" I walked behind her . I walked up to run a tapped him on the shoulder a he turn around a gave me a,big bare huge" Nelly glade you could make it,". "Yeah dig-I mean Daniel invited me"I replayed "alright hes right over there"I walked over,to him and awkwardly waved"Hey Daniel" I said "ball ball you made it" that's when it happened he hugged me, tightly tho.

All I could do was huge back I'm mean It might be my last time. He let go and was just stood there lost. . .again. They all pushed me in the house and sat me on the couch a flooded be with memories I sat with them telling stories and laughing rite a long with them I enjoyed my time there tho.

It was 11:00pm and everyone decided to sleep except Daniel we stayed up night talking" so I see you around wearing my shoes at school huh" he said with the cutest smile on his face."umm yeah" I said nervously and I had know idea why.
