Jack's POV

I'm not proud of what I have done, but I just had to.

I walk onto the bed and lay down.

I stare at the ceiling and think.

I think of Jenn. I think of what I had done.

What I had done, to myself.

"Jack! We're going into the pool! Come on!" I heard Jc yell.

"Ugh, okay!" I said rolling my eyes.

No need to scream your fucking head off.

I put on my TopShop swim shorts or bathing suit or whatever you call it, and grab a towel and walk outside.

It's literally pitch black by now so I literally can't even see.

I decide that I might as well act happy so people aren't suspicious.

"Let's go in the pool! Lauren, Andrea, and Jenn yell.

We all cheer and jump in. I get water up my nose and get out.

Nobody notices, until Rebecca and Andrew see my cuts when my bathing suit goes up a little.

They hop out and pull me into the house.

"Let me explain" I calmly say to them.

"Oh, we already know why." Said Andrew.

"We were spying on you and Jenn!" Said Rebecca, is if it was nothing.

"But why did you cut?" She asked.

"Because. Because it's a reminder. A reminder that Jennifer McAllister will never like me."

"I'm gonna go to sleep" I said.

"Goodnight" they said walking out.

I go into the bathroom and change into sweatpants and a T-Shirt, and get into bed.

I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow.

Sorry about the short ratchet chapter! I didn't have much time to write recently! but I'm gonna try to write daily and update ASAP!

Btw I don't wanna make jack seem emo for cutting. it was an in the moment one time thing that he did.
