I arrived at the house and opened the front door, I sighed as I entered and threw my school bag by the entrance,

Today has been an emotional wreck, I don't think I have ever been so pissed in my life.

I walked towards the kitchen and grabbed a glass out of the kitchen cupboard to fill with some fresh cold water out the fridge,

I took my water upstairs and walked past Riley's room, I looked inside and he wasn't in there,

I frowned and continued towards my room, I opened my door carelessly and found Louis on my bed texting someone,

"Louis?" I said shocked to find him,

"Oh hay Beckie!" Louis said getting up from my bed,

"Don't call me that Louis," I said annoyed, that was the name my mom always called me before she left,

"Oh sorry..." Louis said realizing what he called me, I walked over to my desk and set down my water,

"What on earth are you doing here?" I asked,

"Riley went out and asked me to come here until you got back," Louis said giving me a weak smile,

"Oh..." I replied, I was still confused, Riley never cared about my safety.

"So how was your Monday?" Louis asked, I sighed and put on a fake smile,

"It was ok I guess," I said lying about the day, when actually it was the worst day of my life!

"I'm not so convinced?" Louis said eyeing me skeptically,

"Well it had its bad moments but otherwise was fine." I said trying not to make eye contact with him.

I watched as Louis got up from the bed and came to me,

"Becca what's wrong?" Louis asked frowning at me, "Louis its nothing..." I said looking away,

"I don't believe you for one second Rebecca, I look at your family and its not even a family, your mom left your family, your dad drinks for a living and Riley couldn't give a damn about life and then you have to tidy up, cook and be the responsible one." Louis said shaking his head in disbelief,

"Louis it's been like that for 4 years now, its nothing really," I said as I moved around him and sat on my bed,

"Rebecca I have been friends with you since... birth basically, I can tell when you are down, and when we arrived on Saturday you weren't yourself Rebecca." Louis said as he came round to where I was sitting and sat next to me,

"Louis, I haven't seen you in a long time, I can't just open up to you and tell you everything! I don't even tell Riley." I said on the verge of shouting out of annoyance, Louis sighed and hung his head,

"I just wish I could help..." He said as he looked up at me, he reached his hand to my face and tucked a loose strand behind my ear making my breath stop in my throat,

"Hay, I'm home," Riley said as he poked his head through my door and smiled,

"Hi," I said coldly, "Hi dude," Louis said and then got up and walked to Riley, "See you just now Becca," Louis said giving me a weak smile and then left my room.

I flopped onto my back and sighed as I looked up at the ceiling,

"Louis is making my emotions go off the rails" I muttered to myself,

After all the rude remarks I gave to people today I felt tired, I sat up from my bed and walked towards my bathroom to take a nice hot shower.

I got out the shower and wrapped a towel around my wet hair to dry it a bit,

I put my soft long pajama pants on and a tank top on. I took my hair out the towel and brushed all the knots out.

I grabbed a hairband and tied my wet hair up into a messy bun before going downstairs.

I reached the bottom of the stairs and saw a lady with Blonde hair sitting on the couch,

I frowned and walked towards her but froze when I realized it was my mom.
