Me and Dad put on our helmets and went outside.
Even though they loved me, they didn't come near, as Dad was with me.
And they still haven't really gotten his apology yet.
Understandable.
We finally got to the milkshake place, where I was supposed to meet Nya for a date.
So Nya and Garmadon would meet.
When we arrived there, we put our skateboards in one of those genius skateboard holders.
"Hey, Lloyd!" she smiled when I came in. Then she saw Garmadon and her smile fell a bit.
"Hey, Nya," Me and Dad replied at the same time.
"Uh, Lloyd, can I speak to you for a second?" Nya asked.
"Sure," I replied, curiously. She grabbed my arm, and took me away. I think she was surprised by how hard they were.
"Lloyd, what is he doing here?" she asked harshly. Just then, I noticed a camera crew.
'Nya, I--" I started.
"This was supposed to be a DATE," she continued.
"I'll take you for a better one later this night," I said, and kissed her on the cheek. "I promise."
"All right." We returned to the table.
But the surprising thing was, Nya warmed up to Dad, so now they're cool! But the camera crew captured all of my and Nya's private conversation.
God, help us.
