Chapter Six
Nikri's house is finally at peace, and the Leaf ninjas made a truce with the Akatsuki.
"Madara-nii?"
"Madara-nii?
"Madara-nii?"
My eyes swelled up with tears and I ran into Hidan's chest, crying. "Hi-hidan..."
His eyes zeroed at Madara-nii. "What is it, Nik?"
"Madara-nii doesn't like me...he didn't turn around when I was calling him! Well, I'm used to everyone ignoring me anyways..." I trailed off, remembering my status. Yeah, no one likes me so it's normal if Madara-nii is one of them too.
Yeah. It was always like this...
I broke from Hidan's grasp then go over to the couch. I hugged my knees to my chest and sulked.
After a few seconds, my sobs can be heard.
"Nik?" Tou-chan sat beside me, and then pulled my head into his chest. "Is something the matter?"
I shook my head.
"Then why are you crying, Nik?" Kaa-san sat in my other side, hugging me.
I shook my head again.
"Brat, crying so many times in a day is unhealthy," Sasori-nii said.
"Yeah! I agree with danna, un!"
"Wah! Why is Nik-chan crying? Tobi will cry too!"
"Would you like another flower crown, imouto?"
"Stop crying, Nik."
Is this how it feels like to have a real family? I felt so...cared.
...
Kakashi, Tsunade, Hiruzen and Madara, who were all watching the scene in front of them gaped at the Akatsuki who was currently comforting Nikri.
Madara raised his brows and turned his head to the other three. "I thought you said they were S- criminals?"
Tsunade nodded. 'Yeah, but..."
"It seems the girl has changed them," Hiruzen finished.
Kakashi's visible eye narrowed. " They're still criminals,"
"WE all know that for a fact."
"How did we even got here? I have a village to attend,"
"Who knows,"
"I don't know why I am here,"
" When we go back, I'm going to tell this to Naruto,"
