Wanna One’s Kim Jae Hwan Jokes About His Members’ Warning To Him Ahead Of “Immortal Songs”
The November 18 episode of KBS’s “Immortal Songs” was a special for composer Yoon Il Sang. During the episode, Wanna One’s Kim Jae Hwan performed YB’s “Forget You.”
As it is his second appearance on the show, he shared, “I didn’t feel competitive last time because it was my first time, but since it’s my second time now, I want to win at least one round.”
After his stellar rock-based performance, Yoon Il Sang praised Kim Jae Hwa and commented, “From the chord progression to the formation of the song, everything was flawless, and the singing was also really good.” He added, “I think the 2017 version of ‘Forget You’ has just been born.”
When asked if his members sent him any words of encouragement, Kim Jae Hwan joked, “They said if I don’t win one round, I shouldn’t come back. I told them that I don’t think I’ll come back tonight.”
However, Kim Jae Hwan eventually won two rounds with 423 votes.
