Pre-Recording

13/08/16 (5 days after debut)

The Blackpink members were in the practice room, practicing for Boombayah and Whistle repetitively for the past 5 days for their first music show. Which sadly was only on inkigayo.

At 3PM they had to get their makeup done and by 7:30 they had to pre-record their first ever music show.

Lisa: Oh mah Gad oh my gad this is so cool

Jisoo who was clinging onto Rose was all very mesmerised by the new atmosphere. The girls would bow to every single human being that would pass them and greeted them cheerfully by saying "annyeonghaseyo, blackpinkhamnida"

The girls were all really excited yet nervous while pre-recording their first ever music show.

The first song they pre-recorded was for whistle, they did a few takes until the director told them to change to film for Boombayah.

As the girls were getting ready for their second filming, Rose who was first to finish with her clothes and her touch ups, was greeted and scared by Exo. Exo who just released Lotto was also there for their pre-recording, right after blackpink.

Let me tell you a little bit more about Sehun and Rose's friendship. Sehun and Rose's older siblings, went to the same highschool, Sehun's brother was sent to boarding school in New Zealand where he met Rose's sister. The 2 siblings were the only koreans in the whole entire school which led the two bestfriends together. Before Sehun became a trainee, he would always visit his older brother in New Zealand,and so from there he met Rose and they all became close, even their families. When Rose used to visit Korea before joining YG, she would always go and see Sehun and whenever they were away from eachother they would always keep in contact. Even if they were that close, they only thought of eachother as bestfriends. Sehun would always rant to her about the girls he finds pretty and his girlfriends. Also Sehun is very protective of her, like an older brother she never had.

Rose bumped into them in the hall way and Sehun gave Rose a hug since it's been ages since they've seen eachother. It's really hard for them to meet up. Since Sehun is obviously from EXO, one of the top boy groups in south korea, and rose, who was at that time a trainee, and of course a girl. But they do see each other, they would all meet up, Jaewon, Sehun, Rose and sometimes Kai.

Anyways, the two greeted each other, Rose then bowing 90 degree's twice introducing herself to the exo members. In the middle of all of this, all of the blackpink members were all done and ready, they too, greeted them.

Blackpink was then called to record

Exo, on the other hand, was all very surprised on how pretty all of the blackpink members were.. Including Chanyeol.

Chanyeol couldn't get his eyes away from Rose, as Rose was speaking to them, he kept staring at her without realizing.

Baekhyun: Oh waw.. Lisa and Rose are so tall..

Xiumin: Yeah, they're almost my height

As blackpink was pre-recording for boombayah, their sunbaenims were there, checking on them.

Baekhyun: woah.. the rap is so good

Kai: they all can dance.. who's the main dancer?

Sehun: I think it's lisa

Xiumin: Rose is pretty good too

Sehun: Yeah she is, she's good at everything, she can dance, sing and play the guitar. She's talented.

Chanyeol who has been silent throughout this event, came to his senses when Sehun said that she plays the guitar. That was Chanyeol's dream girl. Chanyeol thought Rose was the prettiest and that she stood out the most, but that was it though. He thought it was too soon to think about 'love' or even liking her. He literally just met her. He's of course heard stories about her from Sehun but he was never interested, since he didn't know who she was.

Plus.. he's in love with someone else.. well, he thinks he does but he doesn't
