This post is gonna have quite some reiteration but also some important updates that you're gonna want to hear, so even if you just skipped through all the others, please please read this one!
So, for those of you who haven't been reading my previous posts (hurtful, but also I get it lmao), then here's the quick rundown:
1) I will be spending the time between now and the launch taking down the last 15 chapters of the wattpad story because of copyright issues (i.e. I can't have it published & for sale while also available in full for free somewhere else on the web:/ ) And I know that this sucks for those of you who may not have been able to finish since I know new people start it every day, but I really don't have a say/choice in the matter. I would ideally like for everyone to be able to read the whole thing for free in some capacity. So please consider buying the book if you can, but if you can't then know that there is still bonus material and my other wattpad stories available for you to read<3

and, 2) Me and my publisher have been so unbelievably impressed by how supportive and awesome you've all been--so much so, that my publishers told me I can lower the price of the book for the launch! So for today only, if you buy Rooming With Ash on Amazon, it'll be a bit cheaper and leave you with a bit more green (that you could then spend on gas money to drive around your town and look for your very own Ash) (that I'm very sure you're gonna want after reading this;) )
So in other words, this is all happening because you guys are the best fans of all time, and even though I already knew that, now my publishers know it, and (hopefully) the whole world is about to know too!

To briefly reiterate something I'm sure you're sick of hearing:
If you get the book today exactly when the timer runs out--my publisher says it'll be at 2PM EST, but looking at the actual timer it seems like it'll be 1PM EST? Regardless, if you follow the timer and around 1PM EST, rush to Amazon to purchase a copy of the book when the timer runs out, then RWA has chance of becoming an Amazon bestseller! Which means that Amazon will start marketing it by themselves, meaning it will be a lot easier to put it into bookstores!!
Imagine seeing the book you watched grow from 2013 till now, the cover you helped pick out--all of that, sitting on a shelf in your local barnes & noble. Mad right???? Or in the future, possibly even in a movie theatre??? It would be absolutely mad!! (and I mean 'mad' in the best way<3)
So, if you roomies are on board and want to see this happen, here is your mission:
Follow the countdown timer on my blog, and when that timer reaches 00:00:00, go to the links that will pop up for Amazon (you may need to refresh the page) and they will lead you to Rooming With Ash's Amazon page where you can grab a copy. If you want to, you can get the book right now (if you really really want to) since I think it's already available if you just type it into Amazon (and also I get that on a team that has anything to do with Ash there are bound to be some rebels), but if you can wait, then I'm begging you, please please wait until the timer hits 00:00:00!! If not, the viral effect intended won't happen, and so I'm really putting all of this into your hands at this point<3
If you don't have an Amazon account then you can make one super quickly in the time between now and the launch! Or you can just use your parent's or friend's account if that's more feasible for you.
And after purchasing the book, please please PLEASE make sure to leave a review. Even if you don't get the book (actually, especially if you don't get the book) please leave a review! I personally read them, and they also really really affect the way Amazon receives the book! So make sure to let Amazon know how much you love (or heck, even hate) the story! Feel free to leave a negative review if that's how you reall feel about the published version, I'll still love and appreciate you (although I may not be able to defend you form my army of angry roomies hehehe).
And again, if you don't have an Amazon account, you can still go through a friend/parent/grandparent/neighbor's account and review the book that way. I just want you all to know that everyone has a role to play in this process, no matter how old you are or where you live. We're all roomies<3
ALSO, my publisher promised to put your name in the book as thank you when you leave a review (like, whaattt???) As long as you do it this week, you'll be able to be a part of future updated versions of Rooming with Ash--which is SUPER FUCKING COOL!
