Chapter 5: Explanation

Kaito's POV

Once we went inside I sat down on one of Jii-chans round seats, and faced the little phantom thief who stood at the front of the door. Jii-chan gave me this look to explain what happened

"First off, I guess I should introduce myself" I said then looked over to the kid "My name is Kaitou KID, I'm also a Phantom Thief" I couldn't tell what the kids reaction was, because of the hood he was wearing.

"Young Master?! Why?" I cut him off

"It's alright Jii-chan" I replied

"So, your Kaitou KID, the one that man in the green suit was after." The kid finally spoke "Names Kaitou Blade, nice to meet you two and thanks for the getaway, from the cops and men in black. But can you please tell me what happen and way I'm here?" he asked calmly

"Well those men in black are part of a secret organisation that's been after a jewel called Pandora. It was said that the jewel gives immortality, I've been searching for it, after I found out that they were responsible for the death of someone I care for. I found it and destroyed it, but then it turned into that red portal thing, that brought you here." I explained to him not mentioning my Dad

"I see, so that's it. The jewel you've been after is more than you think. It's a crystal that can bring someone from another world to this one, someone who can grant life, in which case is me." He stated

"Wait you can grant IMMORTALITY!" I shouted losing my poker face and Jii-chan was speechless

"NO! IDIOT! I SAID LIFE! No matter how hard you try, no one can live forever." He said

"I still don't understand?" said Jii-chan

"Here I'll show you" he walked up to me "Your arm is still injured right? Let me see it." I hesitated but then showed him my arm that was shot, Jii-chan saw it and was very concerned

"Young master! Your arm, please wait here, I will find the first aid kit." Jii-chan said and was about to get it until

"There's no need." After the kid said that he placed his hand on my wound and white flames appeared, I thought I was going to get burned like the time with the witch, Akako, but instead I felt better, it didn't hurt anymore. "That should about do it." He removed his hand and said for me to take a look. I removed the bandage that covered my wound and saw nothing, my arm was good as new, no scar or anything. If I had my doubts before, I don't now.

"Was that magic?" I asked hesitantly

"Yup! I can heal people but not a lot, using it is very tiring and drains a lot of energy, so I rarely use it." he said looking at his hand then clenched it into a fist. "But anyway, do you have any more questions, cause I would like to ask you a favour"

"No, that will be all, what do you need?"

"I need your help to get back to the world I was in before."

"Can't you use the Pandora again." Said Jii-chan

"Well... I kind of dropped it."

"You DROPPED IT!" I shouted out

"IT WASN'T MY FAULT! YOU DROPPED ME REMEMBER?!" He shouted back

"I GOT SHOT, REMEMBER!" we then were in a staring contest, glaring at each other, then Jii-chan snapped me out of it.

"Now, now, young master" he tried to calm me "let's help him" I looked at him then looked back at the kid who was just a bit shorter than me and sighed

"Well it was kind of my fault that you were brought here to begin with, I'll help you."
