The Winter Fairy.
I am the Winter fairy,
The one who sets frost on the morning dew.
I am the winter fairy,
The one who puts sparkles on the dreary hue.
In the moonlight does she gleam
Her wings are of a sparkling gold
She’s always there in my dreams
She is the light when all is cold
Her dress is a pure snowy white
She is bright as glassy glistening flakes
Her icy touch is sure to fright.
as she freezes solid all the icy blue lakes.
She dances amongst the bleary haze,
never showing herself not even her face.
Always hiding from anyone’s gaze,
she always dances with such beauty and grace.
Despite the grey,
She’s always merry.
But, by the end of the day,
she is my winter fairy.
