Imagine Maggie saving to help you give birth to your child
You were Glenns little sister so you and Maggie were very close. But the worst thing happened when you were about to give birth.
Since you couldn't get to Hershel in time, Maggie had to help you give birth. You knew you wouldn't be able to give birth to your child without dying, but Maggie didn't and wouldn't let that happen.
But you died while giving birth and Glenn knew exactly what happened to you when Maggie walked out with a baby in her arms, but you weren't around.
