EVER since the day Glenn and Abraham died, you had been taken away with Daryl to the Sanctuary by the Saviors. Rick hadn't seen you since. But when Rick found out that Daryl had escaped the Sanctuary without you, he was crushed.
"W-where is she/he?" Rick asked and Daryl bowed his head, clearly devastated and ashamed. "I'm sorry, Rick. The Saviors were all around me. I didn't have time to get to Y/N." Daryl explained, not knowing what Rick's reaction would be.
A little while passed and when whoever was on watch at Alexandria called out for Rick, he didn't expect it.
"Rick! I've got someone here! They say that they know you!"
And when the gates of Alexandria opened and he saw you standing there, bloodied, bruised, cut, but alive he couldn't help but stare at you with tears running down his cheeks.
