~Hazel~ (OMG YAY! :P )

"Where do you think you're going?" Zack snapped, glaring at me. I shot him an innocent look. "Escaping. You?" He sighed, his glare softening. "You can't get out, Haz. He made that pretty clear to us."

I stared at him desperately. "We have to get out! I am not letting my friends die for me!" I kicked the wall in frustration and was about to throw a punch too, when I noticed a slight crack at the edge. Zack's eyes widened.

"Hold on, let me try." He whispered, shocked. He threw a punch at the wall and both of us gasped when the crack spread. Slowly, both of us began attacking the wall, growing more suspicious and shocked when eventually, we had created a hole big enough for both of us to escape.

"Something's not right..." I trailed off, concentrating on my vision to see if there was a magical barrier cast by His Royal Majesty Of Failed Attempts To Scare Two Demigods.

I couldn't see anything but I didn't let the excitement show either. My fingers found a small rock and I took it in my palm. Warning Zack to move away, I hurled it forward and almost screamed with joy when the rock soared forward without facing harm.

I didn't know how long it would be until the barrier would be placed again so I grabbed Zack's arm and dragged us both through the hole and into the welcoming daylight. The sun instantly warmed my cold skin and I hugged Zack, who hugged back.

"WE'RE FREE!" I whisper-yelled, obeying a small part of me that was still suspicious. He nodded, catching on. Slowly, supporting each other, we walked and walked until I realized where our captor had kept us all along.

"The Labyrinth...it's back? I thought Percy said... oh no..."

Zack looked at me. "What?"

"Zack, we were being kept prisoners in the Labyrinth. Don't you get it? Remember when I told you Percy told us all it was destroyed? It's back! And that means he is planning to revive all the giants we managed to keep in Tartarus."

His expression turned worried and I felt guilty for ruining his happiness. "How?" I thought about it hard. Then, I gasped.

"That's why he needed us! He was going to sacrifice us. Holy Hephaestus this is bad..."

I shouldn't have said Hephaestus. It reminded me of Leo, who reminded me of Sammy and I really didn't want my friend's grandparent (also my ex-boyfriend) in my head right now.

'Really, Hazel, get over it! Leo looks like Sammy, so what? You care for him like a brother, right? So why does it matter? You're with FRANK.'

FRANK.

My heart ached and I blinked back tears.

"C'mon Zack. We've got to-"

BOOM!

I screamed. Not again! He did this every single time!

'Well, not this time! Fight him, Hazel!"

I held onto Zack for dear life and decided on shadow-travelling. Just as I heard him speak, the world disappeared around me, making me gasp in surprise.

I had done it.

~Desiree~

Remember my mission to help the Seven regain their happiness? I was definitely making progress! Annabeth had healed, the dark circles long gone and that quirky know-it-all smile back on her face. Sword fighting with Percy had helped her regain her strength. Piper and Jason were closer than ever. Frank had grown more optimistic about finding Hazel now that Nico had agreed to help us find Hazel.

Even Nico was making progress! He smiles a lot more now, laughs and jokes around and shocks everyone. Apparently it was rare for a son of Hades to be so happy, but Nico had managed.

And Leo? Well...

He. Will. Not. Leave. Me. Alone.

Ever since His Royal Majesty of Idiocy had made his appearance, Leo thought it was a good idea to stick around me day and night, cause of course, kidnapping a daughter of Aphrodite in a highly protected camp was a good idea!

I even tried the "Time of the Month" excuse to get him to leave me alone but nooo, he just stayed, saying he'd rather deal with mood swings than deal with my death. Ugh, really, he was getting on my nerves now.

"Leo! Please, just please, leave me alone!" He got up and stormed to me. A surge of panic coursed through me, making me step back just as fast as he was storming towards me. Eventually when I felt a hard surface pressing against my back, I internally groaned. I had pinned myself to the wall yet again.

Leo leaned forward, making me arch my head back as far away as possible. Sadly, that let his breathing fan my neck and I had to resist the urge reviving in my head, begging me to just close the distance...

"I will not lose you." He whispered, before giving me a small kiss on the forehead and walking away calmly, like he had not just heard my heart earn the reputation of a drummer in a band.

I let out a small groan of frustration but it was gone when Piper opened the door and gave us a happy, but suspicious smile.

"SHE'S BACK!" Without giving us an explanation, she grabbed our arms and dragged us out of the Aphrodite cabin (I literally almost danced around in joy).

But then, it all vanished.

Because lying in front of me, were two people.

The pretty Hazel, the girl I'd grown to love and admire...

AND...

The boy I believed to be dead.
