Your pov ------ "Yo yo yo!" I yelled walking in to the pub. It's was quite a large building. It used to be a hotel but was converted in to a pub. "Hey! Y/n! Long time no see!" I turned to the bar. Behind the counter stood a Middle Aged man with a grey stubble and black hair. He wore a white button up shirt, black dress-vest black dress-pants and black shoes. He also had a black apron that covered his bottom half up to his knees.
"Hey max, how've you been?" I asked walking over to him with a smile on my lips. I sat on a stool at the bar and rested my arm on the counter while he cleaned some glasses.
"Not too bad, not too bad" he looked a bit... depressed?
"Max come on you can talk to me, who am I gonna tell?" I said looking at him dead in the eyes with a reassuring smile. I looked at me then glanced back down to the glass he had in his hand.
"Well I hate to say it, but business hasn't been doing so good." He said turning and putting the glass on a shelf then picking up another to clean. "If we don't get some money in soon" he paused and looked at me then back down. "... they said they're gonna shut us down" my eyes widened. I stood up abruptly I went to a door near the back of the room. It had a sign on it said said: Stay out! I pushed open the door and heard a familiar bunch of laughter come from inside. As I walked over to the group of laughing males they all looked up at me. They all gave me big smiles and gestured for me to sit with them so I did. "Hey y/n!" Welcomed one of my closest and only friends. There were 4 of them.
